Data Deletion Request

1. What we store when you connect Facebook

• The Facebook Page name and Page ID you selected.
• The Instagram business account ID linked to that Page, if there is one.
• An access token for that Page, kept on our servers so leads can be delivered.
• The names and IDs of the lead forms on that Page, and which ones you turned on.
• The lead details a person submitted in your Facebook or Instagram lead form (such as name, phone, email and their answers), which become a lead in your Cervan account.

We never post to your Page, read your Facebook messages, or access anything about your Facebook friends or personal profile.

2. Disconnect Facebook yourself (fastest)

In Cervan, open Tools → Integrations → Facebook & Instagram leads, find your Page and tap the remove icon. That immediately deletes the stored Page details, the access token and the form settings, and stops any further lead delivery.

You can also remove Cervan from Facebook under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

3. Request deletion from us

Email support@joincervan.com from the email on your Cervan account with the subject “Facebook data deletion” and tell us the Facebook Page name. We confirm within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you start the request from Facebook instead, Facebook sends it to us automatically and you are returned to this page with a confirmation code.

4. What gets deleted

• The Page connection record: Page ID, Page name, Instagram ID, lead form list.
• The stored Page access token.
• The Page's subscription to Cervan's lead delivery.

Leads already delivered into your Cervan account belong to your business records, so we leave them in place unless you ask us to remove them too. Ask us in the same email and we will delete those lead records as well. Deleting your Facebook connection does not delete your Cervan account, customers, jobs, invoices or any other business data.

5. Deleting your whole Cervan account
