Cervan is built for honest small businesses. This policy lists what is not allowed. It is part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it can result in suspension or termination.
1. Do not
- Use Cervan for anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful.
- Invoice or collect payment for goods or services you did not provide.
- Send messages to people who did not give you permission to contact them.
- Upload malware, or attempt to breach, scan, overload or reverse engineer the Service.
- Access another account’s data, or share your login with people you do not authorize.
- Scrape, resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
- Use Cervan for restricted industries our payment or messaging partners prohibit, including adult content, gambling, unlicensed lending, weapons, drugs or debt collection without proper registration.
- Store data you are not allowed to store, such as full card numbers or medical records.
2. Your account security
Keep your password private, use a unique one, and remove team members who leave. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@joincervan.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Enforcement
If we believe an account violates this policy or creates risk for us, our partners or other users, we may limit features, pause messaging or payouts, suspend the account, or terminate it. For serious or repeated violations we may act without notice, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
4. Reporting abuse
If you received a message or invoice from a Cervan account that looks fraudulent, email support@joincervan.com with the details and we will investigate.
