Texts, calls, business phone numbers and typed AI beyond the 100 included questions use a prepaid Usage Balance instead of your monthly subscription. Add $25 whenever you want and see every retail charge in your usage history.
Text messages
$0.0083 per segment. A segment is 160 characters, so most texts are one segment (under a penny) and a long one runs two or three, about $0.02. That is about 3,000 segments on a $25 refill. Customer emails are always unlimited and free.
Cervan AI
Your plan includes 100 typed AI questions each month. After that, questions use your Usage Balance at the retail price shown in the app before you continue.

Cervan takes no cut of your customer payments: you connect your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its standard processing fees (about 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment, 0.8% capped at $5 per ACH bank payment) directly. Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Cervan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. Add a card only when you decide to keep going.
Is anything held back for a higher plan?
No. There is one plan and every launch-ready software feature is included. The only things billed separately are additional users and provider-backed usage such as texts, calls, phone numbers and extra AI questions.
How does the Usage Balance work?
Texts, calls, phone numbers and AI beyond the 100 included questions come out of a prepaid balance you top up $25 at a time. When it runs out those features pause until you add funds, so you never get a surprise bill. Customer emails are always unlimited and free.
How do online payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account, so money goes straight to your bank. Stripe charges its standard rate (about 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment). Cervan does not take a cut of your customer payments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in one tap and keep access through the period you already paid for. Your data stays in read-only mode until you start again.
